MABOR is a Polish counselling and training company established in 1993, earning trust and recognition due to its reliability and its employees’ constant skills development.

Our aim is to help people in their professional and private lives. Our company focuses on improving individuals’ and teams’ performance. As well as psychotherapy, MABOR’s other area of activity is psychoeducation, in the broad sense of the word, especially psychological skills trainings. We keep investing in our own development, so that high quality can ensure the effectiveness of our services.

In creating our consultancy programs, we employ market analyses, organizational research and reliable supporting tools. A point of departure for the creation of our consultancy programs is a meeting with the management team, mostly in the form of a workshop, combined with a SWOT analysis. Information collected during the meeting is used to establish a preliminary diagnosis, and subsequently, to prepare materials for a detailed diagnosis. Results of the latter enable us to prepare suggestions concerning the areas of proposed activities and strategies of their implementation. We are a dynamic team of coaches and consultants, open to our customers’ expectations and well able to meet them!

In our Psychological and Medical Centre, specialists provide psychological, psychiatric and neurological counsel. We administer psychiatric treatment consisting in pharmacotherapy, supported by psychotherapy, for all kinds of psychological disorders. We treat: neuroses, depressions, psychoses, addictions, eating disorders (anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa). If the situation requires it, we provide service at customer’s home.

A/ coaching and counselling team

 B/ therapeutic team

The first team is composed of psychologists and practitioners in various areas of business, who use their knowledge and experience in coaching. Our work is motivated by such values ad: professionalism, partnership, reliability, focusing on problems and adequacy of methods.

The latter team comprises psychologists, psychiatrists, neurologists and teachers who have dealt for many years with helping people with various problems. Our associates have specializations or certificates to prove their competence. The team formally constitutes a part of NZOZ nr 921 (an ambulatory care facility).
